I have some very exciting news for you all! I am pleased to announce today that Bloodcraft 5 will be making a comeback with a brand-new 2.0 version beta update! This update focuses on addressing current bugs, balancing the mod, and introducing a variety of new features. Beta out now!
Incoming – Changelog
Removed
- Unspeakable mod items and tabs, including:
- Grenade
- Dynamite
- Light saber
- Corn and corn plant
- Explosive staff and ammo
- Other similar items
- Removed “Creeper Aww man” Advancement
- All controlled entities and the ability to control mods (this feature was already broken in earlier versions).
Changed
- Revamped most of the mob AI for blood entities.
- Revamped all tool stats to improve mod balance.
- Adjusted all ore hardness levels to better match with the tools.
- Combined the “Bloodcraft Creative Tab” with the “Bloodcraft Blocks Tab.”
- Improved textures for various items, weapons, and armor.
- Updated all custom leaves and logs to include proper tags, ensuring they work as intended.
- Cleaned up all GUIs with:
- Close buttons
- Properly aligned text
- Fixed grammar mistakes
- Fixed Block Rotation for logs and some ores
- Removed a lot of repeating Events
- Renamed “Ew Blood” Advancement
- Added Correct water tint type to all fluids
- Change some loot tables
- Ultra Blood Sword will now allow you to fly while in hand.
Added
- Blood Moon Event:
- Now has a 30 in 100 chance of triggering each night.
- (This might seem rare, but it’s more common than you think!)
- Bigger trees in the Dark Forest and Blood Dimension.
Other Improvements
- Spawn groups for all dimensions have been finalized for all mobs.
- Credits will now display only once when entering the world.
- Herobrine music now properly plays when the player approaches the mob.
